Our Services

Members of both Trusts receive personalized claims management services; which include on-site claim reviews, management reports, assistance with Department of Labor and Industries program compliance audits, safety services, purchase of reinsurance coverage, audited financial reports, return to work program assistance, Trust fund investment management services, representation before the Board of Industrial Appeals, and assistance with all areas of compliance with Title 51 and Washington Administrative Code 296, the rules and regulations for workers' compensation.
