United Claims Management offers a fee-for-service program to benefit those employers who want the same high quality unemployment representation services provided to members of the Public Hospital District Unemployment Compensation Trust, but are ineligible for membership in the Trust.
We represent small, mid-sized, and larger hospitals as well as nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Our fees are competitive and far less than that charged by an attorney—who may not have the specialized expertise or extensive experience in this complex field that United Claims Management can offer.
