STERICYCLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

In early December 1998, WHS surveyed each Washington hospital customer of Stericycle to help assess Stericycle's performance. Forty-two hospitals were surveyed; 29 responded. The average numerical evaluation of Stericycle's performance overall was 7.8 on a 1-10 scale (10 being the best). The following are typical positive comments from the survey.

• Carole Williams serves us superbly.  She is consistently available for all the help we might need.

• Stericycle is a much better option than we had previously.
  
• Service and responses to concerns have been good.
