Washington Hospital Services has three purposes:

• To generate a profit by seeking, offering, and implementing superior services and programs to health care providers in the Northwest Region; profits are returned as dividends to further the mission of Washington State Hospital Association.
  
• To fund the Washington Hospitals Political Action Committee.
  
• To provide contracted management and technical services at cost to related organizations.
